Abstract:
Participative management is one of the relatively new area in management field which tries to attract every one's participation and cooperation to give their view on how to manage the organization. This view appreciates every individual's role as an important one. In this research we will study the view if some of the secondary teachers on the impact of the co-participative management to improve the effects of the principles to provide more sufficient jobs.These teachers are selected from Tehran- IRAN. The subjective in this research are as follows and the hypothesis is the deep correlation between participative management and effectiveness and the minor hypothesis are:
1) There are some relationship between co-participative management and flexibility.
2) There is deep and positive relationship between co-participative management and individuals as a human being.
3) There are relationship between co-participative management and working group.
4) And finally there are relationship between co-participative management and using new methods in educational field.
This research uses explanatory measurements and correlation. It's method is based on the collecting the data through Quizzes. To analyze the data we studied the information from the books and official documents. A random sample of 279 secondary teachers were selected from the section of educational area in Tehran.The Cochran's formula was used.The statistical Pearson coefficient shows that there is deep relationship between co-participative management and positive reactions among the participant. There are also relations between the co-participative management and a) flexibility, b) the behavior of the principles, c) working group and d) using the new methods of the education. Independent variable was co-participative management and the effectiveness was dependent variable.The regression method was used to analyze the data which shows positive effects on dependent variable.We hope with using the co-participative management and working groups we will see improvement in the controlling our organizations.
