Abstract:
The subject of accelerating learning skills, particularly language, it is important for both those who work in the field of education and training and people who are to get adapted to a new environment (they need lots of new skills and, above all, a foreign language). Therefore, we need to create a new detailed technology for applying the most effective methods for the formation of speech skills in the learning a foreign language by adults. Our research is interdisciplinary in nature and it is at the intersection of psychology, pedagogy, linguistics, information technology, and systems analysis.
The purpose of the paper is to display the implementation of visual approach as application-based technologies into the educational environment to accelerate the process of acquiring the language by adults. The authors propose the development of a new technology with the analysis of its structure by means of using new ideas for learning. We will present new web standards such as HTML5, promising unified, simple and platform-independent access to the content of learning and streams, as well as novel techniques for color coding of the sentence.
The peculiarity of the proposed approach is the logical interconnection of the entire language system, to decrease the time consuming of mastering the material and using the language structures in a dynamic way. Results must be achieved by maintaining the level of student effort over a sufficiently long period of time (weeks, months), which plays a crucial role in learning foreign languages.
The proposed learning management system (LMS) is a distributed system to manage the generation (acquisition) of language skills by adults – E-AMS. In the process of this system, a detailed statistical analysis of the results is performed, dynamic learning curves for each student are displayed, coefficient tables are established and the speed of the formation of listening comprehension skills is determined, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale the speech levels from the initial level are set to the threshold level for spontaneous speaking.
The conceptual solution of such a system has already been obtained, and its use will have a synergistic effect on the learning process and, as a result, accelerate the establishment of a new linguistic zone in the trainee's awareness. The system provides the process of controlling the formation of speech skills to a threshold level, allowing the transition from language learning to its improvement and acceleration.
Continuous Evaluation of the competency level of the trainee leads to the formation of a logarithmic dependence of the learning curve and compensates the prerequisites for the degradation of the learning curve towards the loss of the expected competence, which, in fact, opens a new direction in construction a new version of LMS.Keywords:
