Abstract:

The number of agricultural colleges was increased in Iran, but our country couldn’t carry out appropriate development. The numbers of agricultural colleges were increasing during last decades, but now unemployment of agricultural graduate is one of the most problems in Iran. There is a question that how we can have appropriate agricultural development. Assessing the growth process of developed countries show that entrepreneurs had significant role in this process. Providing creative and entrepreneur graduate is one of the most functions of agricultural higher education. Unfortunately, agricultural higher education in Iran hasn’t successful in this area. What are the barriers of successful agricultural and how we can solve them? The purpose of this study is answering this question and the study rules of training of etrepreneurship in agriculture higher education in Iran. Literature review indicated that successful agricultural higher education needs some characteristics including critical environment, practical education and et al. the successful experiments such as experiment of Razi University in Kermanshah and haxbery model in Australian are considering and in the base of these experiments, some approaches for encouraging entrepreneurship in agricultural higher education are offered.
