Based on the effectiveness measurement procedure set for the assessment of a series of educational deliveries, it is revealed that when the educational programs on MS levels on Management of Technologies are being delivered to the audiences, the e learning methodology have gained a greater impact in conveying the message across than the traditional face to face method of delivery. The influencing factors in both conveying methodologies are depicted from the literature and applied to the parallel cases studies and the superiority of the e learning methodology in the long range of four years is revealed.
The approach, the time span and the applicability of the conveyed materials are measured on a group of attendees of the programs. The freedom of grasping the interested materials while in conducted e learning process has shown a greater impact than the conveying ability of the face to face conveyance.
