Abstract:
Quality of technical education in developing countries is a major issue, that has to be resolved for the development and modernization of the country, as a whole. Due to the reason of increased population in developing countries, more talented students, fresher, employees and graduates will get employed in their own country, instead of migrating to other countries for employment. But, it is not that, every graduate can be placed because of they had graduated from an educational institution. Students play a major and vital role in the developing countries, as they are the key force for the development. Lack of employment for students is a major drawback for the modernization. In order to get them employed, standard and quality of education should be higher and better. But, the role of faculties in the educational institutions is not negligible, as they are the major contributors for the quality education to be delivered to the students, which leads to the development. Industrial growth with less employees will never lead a country towards the development. Skilled students are to be employed to fulfill the requirements. A country should export more and import less, to attain the developed status. The things produced that are left over after to meet the local needs of people, are generally exported. This can be done by properly training and educating the people by providing the knowledge and skills that are required to produce the goods. So, a good education is the key for development.
