Abstract:
This University of international consequence located in Tamps Bay Florida USA utilizes flexible learning strategies to instruct over 17,000 students from 61 countries throughout the world. The University utilizes traditional on campus classes, synchronous live web stream classes and asynchronous classes. Taking into account the various learning styles of students and providing opportunities for self-directed and collaborative learning, educators were able to develop a thrilling course room experience, using “You Tube” generation videos along with a live web based “shark tank” teaching method in graduate social work leadership classes.

The Graduate School of Business offers a course in entrepreneurship using both online and on ground delivery methods. The Graduate School of Social Work offers a course in leadership utilizing a model of synchronous live web streamed classes and asynchronous online classes. This Leadership course related to social entrepreneurship is offered in a blended synchronous live web streamed format combined with an on campus format.

Creative models of preferred pedagogy expand the limits of traditional pedagogical models of curriculum delivery by offering courses through a variety of models including live web base classes, online courses, blended learning and face-to-face classes. This paper strives to challenge traditional teaching strategies in leadership and social entrepreneurship courses, which relies on the educator’s technological and creative abilities to facilitate multiple modes of communication.
