Abstract:
In modern literature, there are many texts with active visual component. In researching of modern Russian literature is important to consider issues of visualization texts in prose and poetry. Creating of creolized texts and development of new syncretic genre of art - video poetry, is also an important issue.

Semyan. That study describes the visual models in classical and nonclassical types of text. Also, paper includes the works of T. F. Semyan’s students, which studied the visual component in modern Russian literature.

Special attention is given to genre of the graphic novel. In the classes of popular literature discusses the adaptation of famous literary works in the form of a comic book (a collection of graphic adaptations of stories by Andrei Platonov "Flowers on the ground," Katya Metelitsa comic "Anna Karenina" based on the novel by Leo Tolstoy and others).

The main thesis of method is the idea that the visual-graphic features in works of Russian literature considered as an element of poetics, as part of the artistic whole. This is visual techniques, which express the author's idea and style features, cultural characteristics of the epoch.

Students use a holistic analysis, making step by step through the work's text. They are studying the works of modern Russian literature by authors such as: Denis Osokin, Lena Eltang, Anatoly Korolyov. In these works, visual form is reflected in the methods of text on the page layout: the frequent use of the enlarged gap (between letters, words, and paragraphs), using vertical / horizontal vectors in the text, using different font accents.

Modern poets are focused on multimedia space. In recent years video poetry has become a synthetic topical form of visual text. In the classes of the most recent literature, students receive information about the video poetry. Students will learn that the video-visual component is represented by a video frame, associated with the original purpose of poetry –– an expression of the meaning of language in a minimum space without loss of information content of the text. Students are aware, that as a result of the poetry in a multimedia space increases the impact on the reader / viewer opens a new field of interpretations.
