Abstract:
This article covers how different elements of active learning methodologies are combined, such as Project-Based Learning, Team-Based Learning and Reverse Teaching in the same learning project, to give response to the specific needs and characteristics where teaching takes place.

In the subject of Operations Management, of a Business Administration Degree, it has been decided, for a few years, to leave behind the traditional methodologies focused on the teacher and the contents, and give way to other methodologies oriented to learning asset. These methodologies allow students to not only acquire knowledge, but also develop key competencies through the development of projects that respond to real-life problems. Although Project-Based Learning and Flipped Teaching form the methodological basis of the teaching-learning process of this subject from the beginning, little by little other elements of tools such as Team-Based Learning have been incorporated to complement and help improve the teaching and learning experience of the teacher and the student.
