Abstract:
ICT (information and Communication new technologies) are increasingly important in our society. What few years ago was unthinkable today is a reality that is part of our daily lives.
Nowadays, they have become a vital role and have caused the beginning of a process, apparently irreversible: socialization and acculturation (Monereo, 2005). That is why we try to train students to integrate socially in the workplace, hence it has a crucial use of ICT in schools.
Using the new technologies of information and communication in the classroom, it provides as a lot of new possibilities (blog, posts, website, forums, etc.), The fundamental issue is how to use these tools for teaching without remaining the educator or the environment (Heimlich, 2003).
This paper shows a set of reflections on ICT during teacher training. Firstly we will review the theoretical framework on educational innovation in new technologies applied to university teaching, then we´ll see a brief development that takes into account some research to think about the issue of teacher training as users of ICT.
Purposes regarding the results in terms of impact, change and innovation in the education system, will be determined by the need of a tool that enables and promotes continuous monitoring and effective teamwork. Finally we will take a critical look from a dual perspective into students and professor´s evaluations, about the incorporation of ICT in teaching. Keywords:
