Abstract:
This paper presents a tool to evaluate service-learning activities within a Masters course. The course activities have been designed to facilitate the students acquisition of skills in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) in the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) Master's Degree in Business, Product and Service Management. This work develops a series of self-evaluation questions for the students in the Product Project course. The objective of this instrument is to change group behavior in the specified direction as a result of its application. These questions will allow students, to consider or reorient their work to ensure the development of the Engineering competences, the UPV transversal competences and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This tool should be used throughout the entire process to evaluate the activities already carried out and also to prepare future activities within the project. We expect the application of the instrument to arise the existence of problems of the project solution approach and to allow a more efficient and effective orientation in the activities towards the project objectives. The results will be evaluated through additional evaluative criteria on the course existing rubric. Keywords:
