Abstract:
The arrival of the corona-crisis very significantly influenced the way of education at the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra. During the first wave of corona-crisis, teachers and students were forced to adapt to new education conditions. From one day to another day the education changed from attendance full-time teaching to distanct teaching and therefor teachers and students had to start using information and communication technologies in their education to a significant extent. The transition to distanct education and the application of ICT to education was not smooth in the first wave of crisis. In the second wave of corona-crisis, all participants had much more experience, which was reflected in the education process itself. The aim of the paper is to compare the process of education at the Faculty of Education, University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra during the first and second wave of corona-crisis. In this paper, we will focus mainly on what information and communication technologies were used in education at the Faculty of Education, UKF in Nitra during the first and second wave of corona-crisis. The partial goals were to find out how satisfied the students were with the education process during both waves of the corona crisis and how they were affected by the environment.

To reach the goals we used these methods:
1. Literal method, to find out the current state of the issue and the necessary software, hardware or. personnel requirements needed for online education.
2. Attitude questionnaires, to find out students 'attitudes to education during the coronary crisis, students' technical equipment and the impact of the environment on education.
3. Observation and interview, to verify the questionnaire and objectives.
