Abstract:
Printing, publishing, & packaging program is one of fourteen programs in Faculty of Applied Arts, Helwan University, Egypt. Printing, publishing, & packaging program. graduates students to work in many fields. Packaging market is one of these fields. Packaging market includes two main branches; packaging design, and packaging production.
Female students represent high percentage of students graduated every year in printing, publishing and packaging program, however no one can deny that there are many challenges face females to work in the Egyptian market.
Some of these challenges related to nature of work, other related to social conditions like factories places and working times. In addition it related in some cases to factories owners thinking about efficiency of the females.
This research will study these challenges in packaging market.
Research Problem:
- There are many Challenges face females to work in the Egyptian packaging fields in spite of their high percentage numbers.
Research aim:
These research aims to determining the Challenges face women to work in the Egyptian packaging market, and suggests applicable solutions. Keywords:
