Abstract:
The Open University is internationally significant adult educator. Open Universities have important role as enabler for continuous self-development for individual adult students. Also the Open University students' feedback is an important factor in continuous and systematic development.

Open University collects annually systematic feedback and reflections from academic adult students. The results of questionnaires are exploited in the continuous development and as part of the Open University Quality System. In 2014, an electronic feedback questionnaire was sent to all the basic and intermediate study modules graduated students, of which 107 responded. In the survey were asked for example: a place to study selection criteria, the primary purpose of studies, plans for the future, student services, teaching and guidance quality and versatile academic education web-based solutions.

Study, study counseling and student services and their web-based solutions are according to student feedback excellent workable solution. The is utilized in an appropriate and high quality throughout the study period, even if targets to develop were mentioned. Student feedback shows that the respondents have been very satisfied with their studies in the Open University. At the end of the survey, the students had the opportunity to give honest feedback and suggestions (open questions). The studies was desired to more online courses, interaction and a sense of community, without sacrificing flexibility. Students made the point that other students peer support is important during the studies. The results of the opinion survey and identified during the development proposals will be considered in the design of future operations.
