Abstract:
Currently, the use of teaching methodologies active in the teaching-learning process has become more important. In this line, case-based learning is seen as a methodology to develop within the MFP (Master Final Project). The objective of the present study is based on analyzing the students' perception of learning, as well as the degree of satisfaction with this MFP modality, in an official master's degree in mixed, professionalizing and research orientation. To this end, an ad hoc questionnaire was applied to a sample of students entered in an official master's degree. There was a sample of 51 graduate students with an average age of 28.91 years (DT= 4.48), who performed the MFP. The results showed that students, before deciding to carry out a case study, actively seek information. Their main motivations for the choice of this MFP modality are the acquisition of professional competencies as a forensic psychologist. In addition, the results show that this methodology is useful for the professionalization of students and the students' satisfaction with this MFP modality is high. Taking into account the limitations, the results obtained are discussed.
