Abstract:
The emerging changes in current society relating to the incipient globalization, in social, political, economic, and technological framework have also influenced and conditioned the current academic environment. The new academic models should accommodate the diversity of students and provide an adequate and effective response. The objective of inclusive education must be for personal growth and development aimed at a person that maximizes their potential skills and abilities. This educational model is aimed at an ecliptic person, motivated by learning and teaching under an active, reflective and innovative model of collaborative teaching.
The protocol model of high abilities "Agora" is the result of study, formation, reflection, innovation and training in a school specialized in high abilities, which coexists with the other students of late development, immigrants and students with special educational needs that covers an extensive range of disorders, from minor disorders to students seriously affected and/or by TGD.
The protocol guide permits the detection and attention of students with high abilities in any ordinary school. Furthermore it offers the methodological concepts for the attention of heterogeneous groups formed by students of high abilities with the remainder of students.
From this innovating methodological proposal, there is also a proposed array of resources and materials to use with the students so that they can enhance their intellectual development, concentration and creativity, especially students with high capabilities. Keywords:
