Abstract:
Internet opens up new ways in the current teaching models, offering a wide range of tools for teaching languages through the network. Continuously educational platforms and new technologies emerge, but there is no doubt that must always develop on a pedagogical support. The technology is advancing faster than updating and the reaction of teachers and can become a serious problem for the future generations of teachers.
The first big obstacle that we found, and it will be discussed in this article, is the motivation. If it isn’t easy to motivate students in our classroom language courses, how do it in a virtual learning platform? Is it possible to achieve it in online teaching?
The intention of this article is to show the different methods found to motivate the students and, what is even more important, to keep the motivation of the students in virtual learning, giving some clues that we must avoid and also showing an epilogue of rules that we must follow to be successful in our virtual courses. Keywords:
