Abstract:
When educators go for the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into educational environment, it transforms the pedagogical practices. This study researches the impact of AI tools on the teacher performance. In order to do the investigation, a sample of 50 teachers participated in an experiment where their performance was compared under two conditions: with the use of AI tools and without such tools. Quantitative methods were employed to analyze relevant performance metrics. Results indicated that when teachers integrate the AI, it significantly improved teachers' performance across several important areas. Besides, the research highlights about ethical issues that must be taken into consideration to secure a humanized, objective and productive use of the technology. Findings suggest that AI can automate administrative tasks, provide personalized learning experiences, offer feedback to students, and generate insights for data-driven instructional decisions. This study offers valuable evidence for educators and policymakers considering the adoption of AI technologies to support teaching practices and enhance educational outcomes.
