Abstract:
Overview- Current national and international needs, academic and labor demand increasingly better preparation that allows to face not only the challenges of modernity, but respond effectively to the demands of a globalized world. The new times demand to promote a vision of the world's citizens; to do this, we should be active participants and promote the discussion and exchange of views. Therefore, it is required to develop language skills that allow anyone individual participate in the world today. This demand educational organizations more involved in developing good practices that allow improve and enhance the effectiveness in educational outcomes. Thus, the role of managerial teaching in addition to being one of the issues with greater significance in school institutions is also a key element to generate effective communication, participation of the teachers and teamwork, in addition to being an important component for negotiation and conflict resolution. The objective of this research is to analyze the intervening factors for professionalization in educational management of the Coordinators/ Commissioners of foreign languages of Universidad Autonoma de Chapingo that contribute to improve the quality of education, and at the same time, develop good pedagogical practices in the area. Since this work is in its intermediate stage and it is under development, there are no results yet. The researcher is coursing the third semester of the MBA in Management and Development of Education program within the national program's quality postgraduates (PNPC – CONACyT).
