Abstract:
Research problem:
Modern requirements for the digitalization of higher education actualize the problem of forming the deontological competence of a student of a future doctor by means of e-learning at a university. Deontological competence is an integral component of the general and professional culture, which is the most important factor in the success of professional activity. However, practice shows that most graduates have insufficient deontological competence.
The reason is the insufficient development of theoretical foundations, the development and implementation of models, pedagogical conditions, technologies, new approaches to the formation of deontological competence by means of e-learning in the educational process.
Purpose of the study:
In the study, the substantive characteristics of the deontological competence of a medical student are clarified, a model is developed, and the results of checking the effectiveness of the implementation of the model during experimental work are presented.
Research methods:
Theoretical methods, including the analysis of the subject of research based on the study of scientific literature; reflexive-system analysis of the justified organization of pedagogical activity. The experimental work was carried out at the Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology of Kazan Federal University.
A model reflecting the gradual formation of the deontological competence of a medical student in the Moodle environment is presented. The study involved 2nd year students studying in the following specialties: 31.05.01 "Medical business", 31.05.03 "Dentistry", 30.05.01 "Medical biochemistry".
Conclusions and recommendations:
The study showed that the introduction of the model at the university contributes to the effective formation of the deontological competence of a medical student.
The results of the study expand knowledge about the potential of e-learning in the formation of deontological competence. Successful implementation of the process is a condition for the future doctor's readiness for professional activity in healthcare institutions.
