Abstract:

The effect of World Wide Web can be observed that somethings have changed in every stage of people’s lives. The effect of technology in every stage of life indicates us that the individualisation has increased in a wide rage of concepts such as teaching, communication and commerce. In this study, web based visual computer aided learning system, which is one of the interesting learning methods, has been examined. U?ur TV, which is a web based individual learning system, has been developed by Ugur Education Center, planned to help students in order to increase their success in the UEE which sorts them by their exam results in Turkey. This brand new system will play an important role in changing the direction of learning system from mass teaching to individual teaching and learning.
