Abstract:
In this project we have proposed a procedure to facilitate the approach of teachers and students for a collaborative process of mutual interest. The point of view it’s the classical vision is part of the master and disciple but adapted with the necessary freedom to share common interests with added innovation that enable today's media. The objectives pursued in addition to an enrichment of learning and teaching is to reach the goals of the students in better condition and with a stimulus that will guarantee their success.

In this collaboration the teacher provide tutoring in a context of freedom in which nobody is obliged to continue the relationship if it is not satisfactory. The only reward is learning for the student and its assistance to the teacher in their investigation.

The methodology has been to expose publicly the research interests of teachers with a structured work as collaborative clear proposal plan. The project offers to the students specialized subject areas that allow them to deepen their learning in the areas of most interest to them.

The development of the initiative is stimulating the desire of both parties to continue the collaborative mentoring process. However there is a need to structure more clearly the work to reach concrete results of such collaboration.

The final results are irregular because the development of relations is very influenced by the student's ability to solve their daily activities and taking the extra work involved in this partnership.
