Abstract:
Undoubtedly, development is the result of many processes and may be one the important processes that intervene in the development is the knowledge and the capacity for knowledge sharing. On the other hand, literature indicates that in the developing countries speed of adoption with new technologies and its acceptance due to cultural, infrastructural, social and economical barriers, is very low and this means that the development is an unresolved issue in these countries due to mentioned barriers. In this paper, we discuss about the aggregative (cumulative) impact of knowledge sharing capacity and speed of adoption with new technologies as a magical formula and solution that can considerably help the societies to plan for their sustainable development.
