Abstract:
Valdosta State University provides students with specific educational needs with equal educational opportunities. Students with health disability are offered a variety of services and the environment is adjusted for the students to decrease any barriers to education as much as possible. Increased attention is paid to study applicants. These services provide information, determine the range of educational possibilities for students with health disability and promote their academic achievement as much as possible. The objective of the paper is to present a research analysis of this institution for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of university students with specific needs in the Czech Republic. A special part of the paper is a description of technological support in tertiary inclusive education. The result is a presentation of specific methods and technologies that would enrich tertiary education in the Czech Republic.
