Abstract:
This paper includes the review of the information about online possibilities used for learning process. In so many areas of education new and more efficient methods using the internet have been accepted and embraced.
Different types of technologies are used in e-learning and the teachers need to be supported as well as use the technologies and ICT based learning in learning process. Common European principles should provide an impetus for developing policies which will enhance the quality and efficiency of education across the Union according to the common European principles: a well-qualified profession; a profession placed within the context of lifelong learning; a mobile profession; a profession based on partnerships. Different media helps to gain new competences online what is associated with web or mobile services. These new services have created stronger preconditions for the development of various online communities and networked use of social media applications. In the context of learning the use of media can be structured and guided by educational institutions - for example the learning process could be guided through various learning tasks. This article explains concepts of providing ICT based learning, focusing on new opportunities
