Abstract:
Due to the widespread use of new technologies and internet, practically in any area and particularly at university, the distribution of information, as well as the communication between the university teacher and the student take place through telematic channels: web, email, SMS,...

In many occasions, these channels are the only ones used for this purpose. As a result, management and maintenance of the corresponding website pages are becoming major tasks: institutional pages, pages of departments, teaching centres, university degrees, courses, or lecturers’ pages.

Framed in the European Higher Education Area (EHEA from now on), the proposal of academically guided activities (A.G.A. from now on) is increasing. Sometimes, it is essential to target teaching to each individual's needs, for instance, to avoid copying habits among students. However, the suggestion, monitoring and evaluation of these activities become difficult, especially with numerous groups, as we have observed after several pilot teaching experiences. In addition, to find and propose different A.G.A. for each student results tedious. Subsequent follow-up of its development and the collection and evaluation of work (especially in groups with numerous students) is also difficult. This year new degrees following the EHEA lines have started, and lecturers need a new approach to the teaching activities, as much as students do.
Therefore, it seems reasonable to exploit the technological resources, nowadays very extended and accessible for all students, to develop and build appropriate tools to facilitate the new educational perspectives.
