Abstract:
As an alternative to the growing need of novel financial institutions, specialized in microcredits, in a changing and demannding globalized World, we propose the so-called Laboratorio y Observatorio Basado en Oportunidades Simuladas (LOBOS), as a way to instrument Nobel-awarded Muhammad Yunus´ scheme through a focused education methodology. The PhD program on Knowledge Management and Innovation we have organized via the IIIDEA, incluyes courses such as: 1) Knowledge Management and Observatory of Opportunities Sources and Creation of Wealth and 2) Change Management and Exploration of Wellbeing Scenarios. LOBOS is to be regarded as a creatibve, heuristic process of approximation and understanding of the function of the market institutions and the social, political, technological, legal, ethical and environmental role of the consumer, beyond partial and simple answers. LOBOS allows the analysis of the situation of the market, in a sort of simulation of the "genoma" of the financial system, in terms of perceptions, beliefs, desires, impulses, pasions, senses, etc., which, in most practical cases, guide the actors of the system (i.e., society, industry, university and government) without they fully realizing the relevance of these factors. The details of the model, along with its implementation, will be described during the presentation.
