The courses of the probability theory, mathematical statistics and numerical techniques accumulate the possibilities of computer information approaches for studying of the processes and phenomena of reality in the course of engineering practice.

Innovations are used to break free from of the routine calculations and save time calculations. The usual standard of mathematical notation, the environment of visual programming, the possibility of symbolic calculations, the understandable interface of the package Mathcad, the relative unpretentiousness to the capabilities of the computer make it accessible. Blended learning (b-Learning) is used to ensure the effectiveness of learning. Improving learning, matching the content characteristics of students, a variety of teaching methods, use new pedagogical technologies, extensive use of creative learning assume particular importance.

An integrated approach – improving the productivity and quality of the activities of teachers and students on the basis of a reasonable combination of theory and practice of traditional and innovative teaching in the organization of the learning process. Innovation in the study of probability theory, mathematical statistics and numerical techniques includes modern equipment of class-rooms with computers, projectors and other technical devices, the use of various mathematical packages, the combination of traditional learning with e - Learning (video re-cording of lecture and practical classes in real (on-line) time, or off-line), the use of files - presentations of lectures and practices, the ability to recover missed by mathematical and pre-university programs, the use of the new educational platform Moodle (modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment).

The advantages of mathematical package Mathcad: efficiency and effectiveness. The disadvantage of mathematical package Mathcad is the informative value increasing of the course (the student learns much more material, including knowledge of programming). Improving learning, matching the content characteristics of students, a variety of teaching methods, use new pedagogical technologies, extensive use of creative learning assume particular importance.

Undoubtedly, the experience in the use of innovative pedagogical technologies is constantly expanding, enriching and innovating, which allows us to train technicians with a broad outlook actively and efficiently, the ability to use personal resources strategically, abilities, and logic to solve specific problems in the development of technology and design inventions.
