Abstract:
The goal of the paper: presenting of the possible ways of the limitation of the negative impact of the EU ecological policy on the production and employment structures. It can be practically done by using the flexicurity and decent work concepts.

Description: Climate changes taking place in the EU economies in last years are important impedinent to their permanent and sustainable development. These changes includes mainly: global climate warming, high greenhouse emissions and degradation of flora and fauna. In order to reduce the negative impact of the above mentioned factors on the EU economies, the EU takes many comprehensive measures mainly connected with broadly understood ecological policy, which constitutes one of the principal EU development priorities. Its realisation should go far towards minimalization of the negative impact of climate changes and pollution on the EU economies. Practical implementation of the EU green jobs policy certainly provokes changes in the production and employment structure in the EU member states. Changes rest on the increase of the production and employment in modern, proecological sectors like for example: renewable energy, recycling, and the decline the employment in traditional sectors, which functioning causes degradation of the natural environment by emissions of the pollutions. In order to avert the increase of the unemployment rate in analysed countries it is necessary to introduce a proper policy at the EU level, which has to cushion all these negative impacts. This policy should be related to the labour markets and product and services markets in member states. It should be connected with the practical implementation of flexicurity and decent work concepts. Attention should be also paid to problems related to financing of this policy, at the EU level and a national level. EU has to tackle all these problems while elaborating of its new Financial Perspective 2014-2020.

Research method: in the paper will be used the method of estimation the influence of the green jobs policy on the changes in production and employment structures, using mainly the calculus of the correlation interactions on the base of the fixed correct method. The Method of Least Squares (MLS) to estimate the parameters of the correlation will be also used.
