Abstract:
For the past two decades, the formation of the future school - for Albania as well as for the majority of countries in the region – has been the challenge attached to the one of 10 years, of 55 countries.
In this context, Albania accepted the great challenge of development in education piloting education, in a considerable scale for the academic year 2014-2015, through access to digital information resources - Il Cloud Computing and the use by teachers and students of tablets, smart phones, laptops etc. This new way of doing school has already overcome the initial phase and is taking place hand in hand highlighting problems that accompany it. However, the needs of facing up the inevitable digitalization of the educational process were added to the basic concerns of the new Albanian curriculum. Problems, which are not concluded, unfinished and not reflected entirely in the Albanian curriculum revised after the 90s, such as the problem of measurement and evaluation, should therefore be confronted with new revolutionary and definitive solutions.
The aim of the study: the review and analysis of evaluation models in the reformation process of digital school in Albania. How much the digitization of teaching helps in their final improvement and solution.
This analysis is based in one of the most important actors and factors of the system that is the teacher. This article brings the overview and the teachers’ perceptions related to their formative needs concerning evaluation and the relationship between formative needs and their attitude toward evaluation challenges in digital school.
Statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS program, and more precisely, the relationship between these factors was revealed using general linear regression model.
In conclusion, from the statistical analysis is revealed that there exists a positive relationship between perception of teachers related to the formative needs and the improvement of their performance in evaluation helped by digital school. Therefore adequate training on the operation and use of the technology in network would affect positively in the reformation of the evaluation process providing success of digital school itself. Keywords:
