Abstract:
The advent of new technologies and digital resources has planned a challenge to the process of teaching and learning in high school students, but also for the teacher, therefore the school has incorporated the use of new technologies as a new resource in laboratory classroom where curriculum courses are taught. It is expected to improve the quality of teaching and learning. There is little application of TIC in the teaching-learning process, because the training of teachers has been limited, hence this is why there is a lack of knowledge by the faculty teachers about TIC’s tools and the custom in traditional classes.

Statement of the Problem
Is it possible to break the traditional type of teaching and introduce in both teachers and learners in use and application of Communication and Information Technologies in the process teaching-learning in the school of CCH (UNAM)?
Objectives
- To train the faculty of the Colegio de Ciencias y Humanidades (CCH), UNAM in Communication and Information Technologies.
- Implement CIT as a new tools for teaching and learning in the school of CCH

Hypothesis
By training in CIT to their high school faculty teachers of the CCH, the new tools used to present information in different ways and thus motivate teachers to learn the subject they teach.
It is known that computer technologies have had an exponential growth in recent times and that the majority of students use them as entertainment sources, this is the case of social networks like Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Messenger, among others. However, these tools bring to teaching, is not an easy task, requiring a change in the habits and daily activities of both: students and teachers.

The school's Colegio de Ciencias y Humanidades has specific works undertaken in this topic: Implementing courses and certified courses to teachers to equip them with tools and skills to incorporate them into their teaching and building the necessary infrastructure. It is not easy to train students in critical and responsible use of information technologies and communication, but has already taken the first step, with the teachers trainer program those who obtain the most high evaluations in the first graduate of TIC, are now teachers in the third issue of a TIC course Diploma. Lets see the change.
