Abstract:
The topic of the research is the analysis of the labor market from the perspective of digital competences that are required for employment and the representation of subjects of digital literacy and skills in study programs. The following hypotheses were shown: very weak, almost negligible presence of digital literacy subjects in study programs; employers and the labor market mostly require digital competences.

In the segment of analysis and comparison of study programs and employers' requirements, the basic concepts related to digital literacy and skills were identified through the study programs, and the differences were shown in the comparative analysis.

The purpose of the research was to find out what is being sought on the labor market, and then to propose changes in the study programs that, through their outcomes, would provide knowledge for employment after graduation.

The result of the analysis may be the expansion and/or correction of existing models in education (formal and informal). Both models in the segment of transition from the system of higher education to employment can contribute to faster inclusion in the work process.

The goal is to better connect the concepts and models of digital literacy and skills in education and those digital competencies that are required for the workplace.
