Abstract:
The main factor to improve the companies is that their workers have a great training and preparation. There are some companies that will develop the strategies to achieve the success of the company and therefore they must have the necessary training. The training of workers is essential to retain young talent and reduce staff turnover. Through the development of training plans aligned with the organization's strategies, the value of human capital will be improved, increasing skills and competences. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously expand our training to be more prepared than our possible competitors, and due to the wide range of possibilities available for that, this article proposes a methodology based on multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques, that will help to solve this problem very easily. The use of the proposed method will allow, to any one person, to select the most appropriate training course to carry out at each moment of his professional practice and that best suits his preferences and interests.
