The important outcome is that the involved target groups are open and tolerant in relation to global world and to cooperation strategies in solving global problems of humankind.
This article shows the experience of discussing the global problems of mankind in the European context during the implementation of the Erasmus + grant. First of all, this is the special course “The EU as a Model of Globalization: Experience, Values, Perspectives”, which included lectures and seminars on the analysis of the essence of global problems and how to solve them in the EU countries. Another way was the round tables organized within the framework of the project and devoted to the EU experience in dealing with global issues. The third direction was the scientific activity of students through the preparation and publication of scientific articles. All these activities contributed to the expansion of knowledge about global problems and the best practices to solve them in the EU countries and provided for appraising the opportunities and challenges of using this experience in Russia. Keywords:
