However there are few communities who are able to develop themselves in entrepreneurial activities and get out of the poverty zone. The small number of individu who succeed among them could give a great impact and inspired other Aboriginal communities. This study aims to explore the process of transformation that influenced Aboriginal communities to change and involved in entrepreneurship. This study is an exploratory case study by using qualitative methods. This study employed interviews, observation and collection of a document as the main data collection instruments. Participants were selected using the purposive sampling method. Selected respondent consisted of individu who are involved and successful in entrepreneurial activity. The transformation process involves changes of individual, behavior and their readiness to change. The finding of this study is expected to propose a model of Entrepreneurship Transformation for Aboriginal communities. This model, it is hoped to become an inspiration and as a benchmark to Aboriginal communities to transform their living standards through entrepreneurship.
