Abstract:
Given the importance of contributing to the ongoing and specialized training of research staff in order to achieve academic and researcher horizon solvency, in such a way that research approaches teaching so that research provides a differential value to Formative Experience,it is essential to support researcher mobility of UCH-CEU faculty. The objectives of stays at other institutions is to facilitate the expansion of knowledge, the acquisition of new skills, access to scientific facilities, consultation of bibliographies or documentaries, or other significant activities, and also resulting in the establishment of partnerships with public and private Scientific and Academic institutions around the world as well as scientific results indicators that contribute to improving the position rankings of CEU-UCH, increasing the visibility of the CEU-Cardenal Herrera University worldwide.

Therefore, it is essential to establish a legal and regulatory framework for PDI stays at our university, classifying stays under the following headings:
- Teaching stays.
- Formative stays.
- Investigative stays research

The main objective of this project is to establish the policy and regulatory structure for PDI stays and its implementation, in order to define and clarify the procedure. The central aim is to reduce barriers to the mobility of CEU-UCH lecturers and researchers.
This measure would propose the creation of an Integrated Teaching Mobility and Research Support facility at CEU-UCH. It would consist of a set of actions aimed at raising current rates of internationalization in CEU-UCH teaching. The distribution of tasks would depend on the origin and the recipients of the teacher mobility calls.

In conclusion, the Comprehensive SupportSystem to Mobility would contribute to the standardization and regulation of professors’ stays and would facilitate the flow of information between services, improving the management of the University.
