Abstract:
Growing technological advances make it almost impossible to keep abreast of technological innovations. It is estimated that every three years knowledge in technologies must be updated, which reveals a dissonance between what students learn in the university, in an average time of 4-year undergraduate degree, and what they will find in the job market. Therefore constant updates are necessary. Furthermore, work environments, organizations and corporations, are characterized by competitiveness and constant specializations. Organizations, seeking to maintain their competitive and technical advantages, are investing in continuous collaborators' training.

This study analyzes corporate courses offered by the Justice Court of Goias. Data was collected from the Moodle platform used by the judicial school, and contains information about 621 courses, defined by 29 attributes. Data visualization and statistical analysis were used to interpret and evaluate the results, including Pearson's correlation to perform a multivariate analysis of some attributes. We found that there is a low level of feedback to students and that courses tend to benefit students with a sequential learning style. However, there is a low rate of evasion in the courses which may be related to the policy of encouraging court capacity.
