Abstract:
Population aging is a trend in modern civilization development. The increase in senior citizens share in structure of modern society is typical not only for Russia, but for other countries as well. Therefore, an analysis of technologies for senior citizens learning becomes essential. Continuation of senior citizens active employment is a new challenge facing states.
The purpose is to theoretically analyze the technologies for senior citizens learning at scientific and public level and at scientific-methodical level from the perspective of systematic approach and analysis of targets of training during the pandemic.
Research methodology and methods:
The research based on methodology of system analysis of theoretical sources and pedagogical practices in Russia and abroad. In the course of research, interdisciplinary and complex methods of studying the technologies for senior citizens learning were applied to identify directions of training and to reveal training targets.
Result and scientific novelty:
It is concluded that at the present stage of state and society development revealed a need for scientific interdisciplinary knowledge that substantiates principles and technologies for senior citizens learning in order to continue their active employment. A conditional classification of technologies for senior citizens learning is represented from the perspective of systematic approach based on identifying training targets during the pandemic. There are three large groups of technologies for older citizens training have been distinguished: professional training technologies; cognitive technologies aimed at preserving critical thinking and developing human potential and non-formal learning technologies. Principles of older citizens training are defined: social conditionality principle; principle of continuity in professional education of adults; social activity principle; vitagenetic principle; principle of methodological substantiation of technologies for senior citizens learning.Keywords:
