Abstract:
Acceleration of technological progress enhances the importance of mobility of professional knowledge and skills of employees of organizations. This fact encourages companies to look for new technologies of continuous training of their employees. In professional pedagogy, there is a big variety of teaching methods, for instance, "lifelong learning", "continuous professional education", "outrunning education", "in-house training", "corporate university", "self-learning organization" and some others. It should be noted that these methods determine upgrading the context of additional professional training, searching for new technologies and methods, providing the effect of sustained professional development. Among the advanced technologies the following ones are most commonly used: business sessions, business games, trainings and group coaching. For each of these technologies target, substantive and procedural characteristics are given in this article, in some cases, algorithms for their implementation, developed by the authors, are proposed. It is proved that the development of personnel is directly related to the change of stereotypes and models of human behavior on the basis of the correction of existing experience. From this point of view, it was done SWOT-analysis, that allowed us to note some "strong" and "weak" sides of each technology, as well as to describe the "opportunity" and "threat" to their usage. The founded aspects have become a mainstay in the development and justification of some system of criteria with help of which effectiveness of each technology was evaluated. Sample of the study included eighteen Russian enterprises in various industries (machine building, metallurgy, construction, trade), in which more than fifteen thousand specialists passed corporate training in the past two years.
