Abstract:
The process of informatization of education is developing for a long time, but with the spread of the Internet has accelerated markedly. The use of ICT contributes to the improvement of educational technologies, the emergence of new forms of e-learning and information support tools, the emergence of a wide range of distance learning technologies. Modern problems of informatization of the education system is not only to create the technical conditions for the introduction of computer technologies in educational process, but also in the willingness of teachers to constantly improve their level of competence in the field of information - communication technologies.
Modern organization design in the education system is intended to include students in the professional activity in parallel or in advance of acquisition of knowledge and skills, and getting real practical experience. Significant aspects of the project activity is to help students understand the practical role of knowledge, not only in training but also in life, when knowledge is no longer the goal and become a tool to help master the culture of thinking.
The article analyzes the perspective directions of introduction of information and communication technologies in education. The influence of information technology on objects and subjects of the educational process has been determined. Highlighted ways of using IT in education contribute to the development of the educational process and improve its quality. The greatest impact on education informatization process has the Internet and is becoming more common online projects.
The basis for the use of various kinds of projects in the educational process is the theory in pedagogical literature called the project method (closely associated with the names of the American philosopher and teacher D. Dewey, V. Kilpatrick), and the ideas of “cooperative learning” that have become widespread in world educational practice in recent years ". With the advent of IT has significantly changed the system of teaching, and in turn has expanded the role of the teacher, taking into account the introduction of new technologies. The result was the need to create an educational online environment, so-called "infosphere" having developed infrastructure.
The prospects for the development of Internet projects in education demonstrate a steady growth of the e-education market in Russia and the world, and this is supported by the growing use of cloud technologies in Internet education. It may be noted the growth of the e-education market in 2011-2016 in Eastern Europe (driven by the Russian market), about 16% of market growth and 17% of the growth of the Asian market (driven by India, China and Australia).
The current segmentation of the e-education market involves two segments: companies developing software for educational purposes (Learning management system - LMS); companies developing educational materials and courses (Learning Content Management Systems - LCMS), webinars and conferences tools.
The article shows how, thanks to modern information technologies, the educational process began to take qualitatively new forms for the further development of education with the help of Internet projects.Keywords:
