Abstract:
An active noise cancellation tool have been developed at university of Córdoba in order to provide students a useful training tool for understanding noise engineering. The software design concept is based on the step-by-step program for real problem solving of noise cancellation. The main aim was the understanding of key factors showed in the active noise control. This engineering software has been developed under the framework of the e-Learning platform. The use of the asynchronous discussion forum, questionnaires and collaboration environments of a web platform for e-learning are also part of the goals of this project. The design of the graphical user interface provides the end user with maximum interaction over cancellation noise. The active noise cancellation tool is useful web platform with further emphasis on collaborative activities between students and teacher. Finally, the contents of the course and the educational project are presented in classroom teaching of Electrical Engineering.
