Abstract:
Already nobody doubts that every time is major the protagonism of the TICs, New Technologies of the Information and the Communication, in our lives. They are present in different areas: labour, educational or familiar. Major presence is carries that the persons are formed a mental image, a concept, of these new technologies. Hereby, we meet that the TICs can overvalued by those who think that they are something more than tools, almost a way of life; and also they can be understimated since some persons still are opposed to his use. In both cases it is necessary that there are known the mechanisms of managing of the same ones to be able to accede to the information and the services that offer.

Bearing the previous thing in mind, our research developed in the city of autonomous of Ceuta, in a sample of 650 students, from 11 to 18 years of all the educational centers of the autonomous city, chosen by means of a stratified sampling. Some of the studied variables are the age, genre and location of the school center (center - periphery).

In this work we present the results of the answers of the subjects of the sample to the scale: " Opinions and attitudes on the technologies of the information and the communication ". For her aspects are valued as the knowledge that of the new technologies the minors have, the utility of the use of the mobile and video games or the paper(role) of the parents and mothers before the interaction of the minors with the TICs.
