Abstract:
In 2001, among other innovative initiatives of teaching, constructive competitions (or contests) between pupils were started. Students’ interest increased and also the number of passes.The results of this contest were made public in a publication with ISBN and legal Warehouse with 25 pupils taking part as authors.
The General Foundation of the Technical University of Madrid (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid) rewarded the initiative with "Prize to the Educational Innovation. February, 2002”.
This kind of contests have taken place until today, but now the results are published so much in DVD as in Podcast videos on the network.
The combination of Contests and their broadcasting in videos and DVD are giving good results. The exhibition of Podcasts is helping the pupils to follow easily the development of the subjects.
