Abstract:
The Coordination of Technologies for Education (CTE) of General Direction of Computing and Information Technologies and Communication of the National Autonomous University of Mexico supports teachers to incorporate ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in their academic activities.

In 2019 we started a project that consists of proposing a digital Guide for the use of TLK (Technologies for Learning and Knowledge) in different areas of knowledge. In the first phase of the project, we conducted 22 in-depth interviews with teachers and applied 127 online questionnaires with the purpose of understanding the way teachers use technology in learning processes. We obtained a list of software and tools that are used in several areas of knowledge.

In this work, we will present the results of the second phase of the project. In this phase, a protocol was designed to evaluate software and tools used in content processing and creation. The items that have been evaluated in the protocol are, among others: economic feasibility, software operation, and educational content (pedagogical) and digital skills.
