Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to share good practices and lessons learned at h@bitat puma Program in relation to the management, organization, implementation and delivery of results in massive online evaluations. The first online assessment conducted was a pilot in 2009, to adolescents between 15 to 18 aged who were enrolled in a computer course in high school level.

Service levels in logistics have become so mature that the application was made to the population of new students to the two systems of school at the National Autonomous University of Mexico . In 2013, we extended this experience to three undergraduate professions.

For these experiences we have used free software; besides, the work of an strategic team and the collaboration between various actors during classes, have been a critical success factor. The use of various communication channels, as well as the identification and monitoring of key performance indicators have contributed in defining processes that generate value to the institution.
