Abstract:
The article provided a survey of new forms of delivering a lecture namely the techniques performed by university lecturers in their online courses. Contemporary ways to impart knowledge by means of Internet are very actual. The research was aimed at distinguishing modern requirements to university online courses according to State Educational Standards and demands that modern students have. The research material was online courses designed for bachelor students of Foreign Languages departments. The research method was the statistics data analysis and its interpretation. To generalize, classify and interpret the results observed the descriptive method was used. In addition, there were used elements of quantitative methods of analysis and also scientific methods of observation, generalization and comparison. As a result, the most considerable were noted in the ways and methods the lectures were delivered due to the technological progress. Moreover, the study showed the importance of further investigation in order to explain how lecturers may combine State Educational Standards and modern technologies achievements in the sphere of university education.
