Abstract:
One of the main strengths of the UMH Quality Plans is its Indicator System. The indicators system allows measuring the results obtained in the different areas. The information collected is an important source for decision making process in the different management organs of the UMH.

In this paper we analyze the evolution of quality indicators of the Master's degree in Occupational Risks at the Miguel Hernández University (UMH) in a period of time covering the COVID 19 pandemic, from the academic year 2018-2019 to 2021-2022.

The UMH Quality Council analyzes annually the level of compliance with the objectives of the Quality Plan based on these indicators and every four years a new Quality Plan is approved by the Governing Council. Therefore, the indicators presented here are those established in the fifth UMH Quality Plan (from 2017 to 2020) and the sixth UMH Quality Plan (from 2021 to 2024).

In general, the indicators, measured on a percentage scale from 0 to 100, were above 50% and were also above the standard scores established in the Quality Plan during the entire period studied (2018-2022).
In the area related to employability only the indicator "Percentage of graduates with a job equal to or higher than their level of training" were below the quality standard (75%) during the four academic years covered by the period studied with values ranging between 50% and 60%). The rate of teachers who have a Ph degree (PDI doctor) is close to the quality standard set by the University on 70% (reaching 69% in the 2021-2022 academic year) but the rate of full-time teaching staff was below 60% set by the University (with values increasing from 33.4% to 39% in the 2021-2022 academic year) due to the large number of external teachers, mostly of them occupational risk prevention technicians, becausa the characteristics of the master's degree, which is a professionalizing master type.

In the area related to the satisfaction indexes, we found values above the quality standards in the group of students and graduates. The percentage of graduates in employment who were very satisfied with the education received was 100% in the academic year 2018-2019 and also in the academic year 2021-2022, 98.31% in the academic year 2019-2010, but in the academic year 2020-2021 decreased to 86.15%, below the quality standard set at 91% probably as a result of the situation suffered by the COVID19 pandemic.
