Abstract:
This study evaluated how stakeholders in the field of medical radiography in Canada view e-learning in their programs. The study included faculty, students and administration, to garner a comprehensive body of information about e-learning for this field. More specifically, the primary aim of this research was to understand and illustrate perceptions and experiences regarding the effectiveness of the transformation of face to face subject delivery to online subject delivery. A mixed research method with both quantitative and qualitative measures was used to investigate difficulties and successes in the implementation of this new e-learning approach. It was found that the use of online and blended learning strategies is a viable strategy to promote clinical competence. It is expected that this information will enable medical radiological programs to make more informed decisions when restructuring toward e-learning.Keywords:
