Abstract:
Academics across the world are in search of entrepreneurial learning methods. What are entrepreneurial learning methods and how to design entrepreneurial learning methods is the important question that the academics are engaged on.

Based on the existing theory of learning methods, the author of the present paper postulates that entrepreneurial learning methods can be designed by infusing enterprising into curricular learning. Theoretical evidence for this trace from the writings and practice of MK Gandhi’s ( 1953 ) work related to New Basic Education.

The author of the present paper developed and also successfully implemented an entrepreneurial learning method as part of management learning for Post Graduate students at National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE) a premier management institutions in India.

The objective of this paper is to discuss the theory relating to entrepreneurial learning, design, implementation of author’s model of learning called Mandi (Meaning Market in Hindhi language). Further, the paper will also try to interpret the Mandi learning method within the contemporary entrepreneurial learning model viz., like ‘Effectuation’ ( Sarasvathy, 2008). It is believed that current paper will contribute for paradigm shift in design of entrepreneurial pedagogies for improvement of higher education.
