Abstract:
In the context of professional improvement that we find ourselves given the health crisis that occurred in 2020, new e-learning methodologies, especially innovative and based on empowered emotional management, are required as a part of the training of teachers of the 21st century. For all the reasons stated, this research project aims to be a clear commitment to the integration in the Degree in Primary Education curriculum of a range of methodological resources that constitute a solid basis for the design of pedagogic objectives, the definition of content, the adoption of an inclusive methodological perspective and the creation of enriched evaluation mechanisms and its strategic planning. For this purpose an experimental design has been adopted (including pre-post designs with an equivalent control group). On this way, the GLM Repeated Measures has been used to test the main effects within and between the subjects and interaction effects between factors. Is it to say, through this procedure, a multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and an analysis of variance (ANOVA) of repeated measures are performed, in which the measures of the dependent variables are treated as variables measured within the same subjects, and the groups act as variables between subjects. Finally, graphs of the interactions has been made, graphically representing the differences obtained by the experimental and control groups in the pretest and posttest situations to observe the meaning of the differences. The results have been showed that the program is effective on enable teaching capable of adapting to the difficulties we face from the classroom in order to overcome the challenges of new educational settings. Some suggestions for future directions in applied engagement classroom methodology have been provided.
