Abstract:
A properly designed management system is a tool at the disposal of the organization, used to communicate the interdependence of people and processes, as well as to allow decision making under the conditions of a proper analysis that will make it possible to increase profits. In order to act properly, managers must be able to report and define how well the situation requires preventive or corrective decisions and be operationalized using existing systems and procedures. At the national level, empirical studies related to cultural and youth institutions target certain segments of management. This paper provides a scientific framework on how to improve the quality of activity of the University Cultural Center of Sibiu (Romania) after the alert period due to the COVID 19 pandemic. The paper describes the effects generated by the COVID 19 pandemic on cultural and educational activities with students and proposes a model for improving the activity both in the educational process and the administrative sector, using quality tools.
